App has been downloaded for years and I still have to open from app store when I receive a link from the photographer. Super glitchy. I see other people's photos instead of mine.

Doesn’t do anything. Just stuck on page that says to use link.

Please update this app it would be also great if zenfolio had and app too

You can’t access your pictures and had to delete the app and lost all my pictures. Needs the bugs worked out. To get a better rating.

I downloaded it again and again. It will not open. It just said to use the link sent from photographer. Which I’ve tried over and over. Won’t give me options for anything else at all.

I’ve honestly never seen a worse app

I’m still a Zenfolio customer. Have been one for more than a decade. But I’m now considering closing my account. Nothing works anymore (the App doesn’t show my pictures, the website has archived most of my galleries and I’m unable to restore them, prices have increased year after year unreasonably, performance is poor) as advertised. It’s really sad to see such a cool platform and company lose its former customer centric North Star.

I've sent it to clients and have tried to use it myself. When it opens it just shows a blank page that says to use the link provided by the photographer. There is no place to input a link or anything else. What are clients supposed to do? Zenfolio is really becoming unusable. The price keeps increasing, the website and apps are excruciatingly slow and unusable. I'm at a point where I am exploring other options.

I’ve had this app for about 5 years and I don’t think it’s ever updated. I had to delete it to try to install it again and it ended up not saving any of my albums. You’d think the app would be connected to an account so albums don’t get lost on the internet. Now I had my photographer send me the albums again and now the app won’t even open up !!

Horrible can’t get to download!!

I downloaded my photos to this app 5 times before the link expired to be extra safe, and now I can’t access them. Beyond upset.

I’m having nothing but error messages with this app and so are my clients fix it please

So frustrating ~ I send this to my clients for easier phone usage to see their galleries and it doesn’t even work and it makes me look bad. When will they get a better app please !

Please fix this app as I am not able to save my wedding photos!!!!!!!! I click the download button and absolutely nothing happens. I don’t want to screenshot the picture because then they’ll be blurry. Fix this app so I use MY photos I ALREADY paid for

An easy way to look at pictures - but very frustrating to use. Loading is bad, and button for downloading the pictures rarely works

I’m a little upset my photographer uses this app. The download option is horrible. I have no idea if it got all my pictures. It’s taken days and still not done. There are so many better options not sure why anyone would use this. Please fix your app.

I’ve been trying for two days and my photos still aren’t loaded. All I see is “White Gold Photography” and my pictures are nowhere to be found. This is a complete and utter fail.

It doesn’t allow me to open my photos app easily. I have to go back to my email and continue opening app from app browser multiple times. Then sometimes it loads photos into my app. Need bug fixes and updates please. Awesome app when it works. 2022 update: I have clients that have been using this app for over 5 years. We need a serious update!

It used to work great. Now when you click on the link in the email it will not go to the app. Tried deleting and reinstall suggested by Zenfolio now it does nothing. This means upset clients and business lost.

I get another photographer’s gallery. I hope there is a fox soon

Can’t view photos. Really frustrating

I’ve been using this app for 2 years now and up until now, I never had a problem! Now I can’t open any of my galleries. I have tried deleting, re-downloading and uploading all galleries again, turning my phone on and off again. Nope still works when it wants to and now I can’t open anything! Fix this crap!

Opens up and states you need to provide link provided by the photographer. Okay, but there is literally no way to leave that page or anywhere to add link. Nothing to tap. Can’t scroll. Can’t provide link or anything else for that matter. Total dud. Ugh.

I download the photo moments app for iPhone. I was successfully able to see pictures uploaded by my professional photographer. However when I try to download a photo there’s no way to find out where it is stored on the phone. There are very few menu options for the app. I would say for the most part this app is a very low quality. I get an opportunity to talk with several hundred people per week in education and information related sessions and I will be sure to do my best to make sure this app is avoided. If some of your technical people out there who create these apps cannot do better than this then perhaps you should look into a different profession.

I keep getting a message that it no longer works with my iPhone! I just got the 13.. disappointing.

I cannot access family photos. Link keeps sending me to some wedding photos and there’s no option to select a different photographer. Not intuitive and not useful.

Embarrassing how much this app freezes. Seriously the most Glitchy app I've ever used. I wish the developers would just improve it already. I can't load more than one gallery to it at a time. Half the time it won't open at all. Freezes at almost every step. App freezes almost every time I try to access a gallery. If it doesn't freeze it runs incredibly slow.

**Edit: This app seems to have gone downhill. Still not able to save photos to phones consistently, and NOW I’ve got some “White Gold Photography” gallery that pops up before my studio! There are better solutions out there than this.** The app is ok. It does what it’s supposed to but I wish it was more customizable for the client- like making their photo the app cover image. My biggest gripe is that it doesn’t always save images to my, or my clients, phones even though it’s allowed through the gallery. It’s pretty frustrating to say the least. I don’t know if it’s a bug/glitch but I really wish it would get fixed.

I’ve tried really hard to like this app, let alone love it. When it works, it couldn’t be easier and more convenient for my clients and I. But it works less often than it doesn’t work. I’ve been a Zenfolio customer for years and I don’t understand why this app continues to have the same issues. Every other time I use the app I have to delete it and reinstall it just to get it to work - losing everything I’ve managed to download so far. Half the time it won’t download the photos to mine or my clients’ phones which is super embarrassing. I’m trying to provide an awesome, convenient and a very modern day way to download their photos while also providing top notch customer service. Really disapp

Freezes up constantly. Worthless! Wish I could give zero stars!

It’s a crap app… a crapp. I am deleting it now.

I really wish Zenfolio would update this app. I live the idea of an app for my clients, but the app freezes, shuts down and is so finicky. Please update this app so my clients aren’t so frustrated.

Very frustrating. App doesn’t work.

I want to love this app because it makes it easier to view my film scans from my lab so much easier on mobile. However, it’s glitchy and crashes all the time. When it works, it is alright. But most of the time it doesn’t really work - get those bugs fixed please!

This app is not user friendly and constant freezing... please kindly debug this issues as I need to view my wedding photos

Like many other reviews I say it’s a fine app when its working. I regularly have to delete and reinstall and find it to be buggy and inconsistent. I’ve asked my photolab to consider using a different program.

Opens to the landing screen. No way to I put anything. Fantastic app if you like wasting time.

App freezes after a few galleries are added and my clients have to delete app & lose the galleries on their phone. It's extremely frustrating to my clients and in turn looks bad on me as the photographer. Please address this issue.

I like it when it’s working but it freezes up constantly where I have to delete the app and download again in order for it to work. But I lose all the albums in it and would have to go to my email to add each album one at a time along with going through the sign in prompts. It’s a headache. Zenfolio should consider fixing the app or getting someone to develop a new app.

Really a horrible app. Doesn’t even start. Just a hassle for clients and creating bad experience for them. Zenfolio must come up with a better app to allow photographer’s clients to download pictures easily on their mobile phones. May be time to move my business from zenfolio!

I get my film shots sent through this app and the app itself can barely open. I can’t view or download any of my photos through it, forcing me to download to my computer first.

It downloads what it wants to downloads until it gets to a point where it just says “I’m full, no thanks.” Then you can no longer dl any original photos. Been trying to dl photos directly to my phone for days and it won’t budge^^

Honesty Zenfolio, how can you be happy putting your name to this junky app? I have tried using it on two different phones and it always freezes when I try to log in to a gallery. Beyond that, it doesn't look as though it's been updated in years as it doesn't even take advantage of the full screen (still displays iPhone 5 aspect ratio). As for usability, when I WAS able to use the app without it freezing I seem to remember having to jump through hoops to allow client downloading. I would look into this and see what exactly the problem was, but… refer to my point on freezing. I am gobsmacked that a company focussed on client image delivery has the worst client delivery mechanism I have ever

I was so excited to learn about this app since so many people use their phones and IPads. I was quickly disappointed when I tried it myself before sharing with clients. It freezes constantly and I have been unable to get past the screen instructing clients to use the link provided. I even deleted the app, losing what I had previously managed to upload and reloaded... still stuck. I hope the developers can get this working properly and that Zenfolio either makes sure it is fixed or removes it completely. I wouldn’t want my clients to come across it and ask for the link.

This app would be great if it would work better. You have to delete the app and lose the pictures you have on it after every few uploads. That’s annoying bc it works great when it does work.

My wedding photographer gave us the option to few our photos through this app. It took a minute for it to get going once I tried to input the password, but it was fine after that. I love being able to have the photos so easily accessible!
