\- Google Drive / wetransfert (galleries)
\- Stripe (payments)
\- Email threads (contracts)
Tired of 5+ tabs. Tried building Picstudio (https://picstudio.fr) to bundle booking → contract → gallery → invoice in one client portal.
What do you use that actually saves time? Tools like Pixieset / Studio Ninja worth it?

Before I discovered studio ninja my business was an ad hoc mess. Now all my client data, invoicing, workflow, contracts, questionnaires, product info and more are in one place, one app which I can access anywhere. As a Mum of 3 and a business owner my business has to be mobile and on the move so I can respond to clients whilst sitting at soccer or ballet or in my office. Studio ninja does this and the team are amazing always creating new amazing ways to make this app even better!
